Digital Innovation Forum 2025: Driving Oman’s Future of Digital Transformation

Gulf Consultations and Services (GCS), in collaboration with Detecon Consulting (Deutsche Telekom Consulting, Germany), successfully hosted the Digital Innovation Forum 2025 on May 6–7, 2025, at Novotel Muscat. The event was held under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Ali bin Amer Al Shidhani, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT) for Communication & Information Technology.

This distinguished forum convened senior representatives from Omani ministries, private sector leaders, and international experts, creating a high-level platform to exchange knowledge and insights on the future of digital transformation. Key discussion areas included:

• Smart-X and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications
• Cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity
• Cognitive cities and sustainable digital ecosystems

Through insightful keynote addresses, expert-led panel discussions, and strategic networking opportunities, the forum emphasized the vital role of innovation in achieving the ambitions of Oman Vision 2040 and advancing a digitally empowered future for the Sultanate.
